Terms and conditions of sale
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders in the 4REACT Shop. The seller is 4REACT (to be completed in Settings), – ("we"). The shop is open to consumers and businesses.
2. Conclusion of contract
Displaying products is not a binding offer. By clicking "Order with obligation to pay" you submit a binding offer. We confirm receipt by email. The contract is concluded once your payment is confirmed and we send the order confirmation or provide access to the content. The contract text is stored and sent to you with the order confirmation; you can view your order at any time via the link in that email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euro and include statutory VAT where applicable. There are no shipping costs for digital products. Payment is processed by Stripe. For consumers in the EU, VAT of the destination country is charged where we are registered for it. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT ID receive invoices without VAT (reverse charge).
4. Digital content, licence and delivery
Digital products are made available for download after payment is confirmed. Access is personal; links are private and must not be shared. Depending on the product, the number of downloads or the access period may be limited; this is stated on the product page. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the content for your own purposes unless the product page says otherwise. Passing on, reselling or publishing the files is not permitted. Technical requirements and compatibility are stated on the product page.
5. Physical products
We deliver physical products within the EU to the address you provide. Goods remain our property until fully paid.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in the information on the right of withdrawal. You can declare your withdrawal at any time using the "Withdraw from contract" function.
7. Defects
Statutory warranty rights apply, including the rules on digital products (Sections 327 et seq. German Civil Code). Please report defects to shop@4react.com.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Data protection
Information on how personal data is processed is in the privacy policy.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
